magical era of the 1970's and 80's disco period, the
Rollercoaster along with another rival disco called
The Rocking Goose were familiar weekly sights
playing in the local clubs around Worcestershire,
Evesham and the surrounding villages.
1979, Rob played regular gigs at the Ettington Park
Manor night club near Stratford-Upon-Avon, where the
Rollercoaster's huge lightshow expanded across a
the birth of a new decade, in 1983 came change in
circumstances and commitments and the 70's
Rollercoaster was dis-banded.
2000 - the dawn of a new Millennium. While
booking a disco himself, Rob realised that a good
disco was not easy to find. One that went the
extra mile to personalise their customers events,
while adapting all the flamboyancy of a past age
that made that era so memorable.
2001, the Rollercoaster-RC2 was created. A new
mobile disco with the very latest digital DMX
lighting, Mackie sound system, but with all the
flamboyancy and flair that pushes the boundaries of
a mobile night club.
the past 12 years the Rollercoaster-RC2 has gone
from strength to strength, redefining what a mobile
disco should be about.
